Delivery, Returns & Cancellations

All of our deliveries are handled by our dedicated shipping partner DPD. Due to the perishable nature of our products below are a few important things to consider.

Delivery Dates:
Orders are available for delivery on Friday of each week. As all of our products contain perishable food items, please ensure you select a delivery date when someone will be available to accept your order or there is a safe place where it can be left.

Delivery Times: 
Couriers will provide updates via text/email on both the day before and day of your delivery. Deliveries will be made between 8am-9pm on your chosen delivery date.

Tracking Your Order: 
We highly recommend downloading the myDPD App to track your delivery status. Within the app, you are also able to specify delivery instructions in your profile and include secure location details for your drop-off. 

Cancellation Policy:
You can get a full refund up until 2 days before your confirmed delivery date. 

Returns Policy:
As our Products contain fresh food, you are not entitled to the regular rights of distance selling for consumers to ‘return goods within 14 days’ after you receive them.

There is an exemption pursuant to regulation 27(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Deactivation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, that confirms that contracts for the supply of goods are exempt from the right to withdrawal if those goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
This does not affect your right to cancel your order in line with the details set out above.


Common FAQs
What will happen if no one is at my delivery address to accept the order? 
If you are not available to accept your order, DPD will try leaving your box with a neighbour or in a designated safe place at your property. You can edit these preferences in the myDPD App

How will I know if DPD has received my order?
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from DPD. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email or your myDPD App

Where do you deliver to?
Currently we deliver to Mainland UK. At the moment we cannot deliver to any of the islands/isles outside the UK, including Northern Ireland - but hope to be able to in the future!

Due to current restrictions our courier has limited certain postcodes for next day delivery which is required for perishable items. The affected postcodes fall within the following range of districts: AB31-AB56, FK17-FK21, IV1-IV63, KW0-KW14, PA20-PA80, PH15-PH50
